5 years of accident coverage — stains, rips, burns, and pet damage the manufacturer warranty does not touch.
The furniture warranty covers manufacturing defects: frames, springs, mechanisms, seam failure. It does not cover the glass of red wine, the puppy, or the toddler with a ballpoint pen. Our protection plans do, for five years, with no deductible and no claim limit. We will also tell you when not to buy one — on a solid-oak bookcase, it is usually money you do not need to spend.

Common questions
What is not covered?
Ordinary wear, fading from direct sun, damage from improper cleaning products, and anything already present at delivery — which is what the delivery inspection is for.
What happens if I never file a claim?
At the end of year five the full purchase price of the plan converts to store credit. It is not a refund, but it is not lost money either.
