Our designers do not charge, do not work on commission tiers that reward the biggest sofa, and will happily tell you that the sectional you like is four inches too deep for the room.
Bring measurements — or a photo with a tape measure in the frame — and leave with a scaled layout, fabric swatches you can take home, and a written quote that includes delivery and assembly.

We carry six house collections instead of forty brands, because it lets us know every frame, every finish, and every fabric on the floor. When a customer asks how a weave holds up with a golden retriever, the answer comes from experience rather than a spec sheet.
And when something does go wrong — a delivery tear, a drawer glide, a cushion that flattened faster than it should have — you call the store that sold it to you and we come back out.

In-stock pieces deliver in 3–7 days across the metro. Custom upholstery ordered in your fabric runs 6–9 weeks, and we give you a firm week at the time of order rather than a vague range.
Yes. Beds, dining tables, bookcases, sectional connectors — assembled in the room you want it, with the packaging taken away. That is included in the $99 delivery, not an upsell.
Sleep on it for 120 nights. If it is wrong, we swap it once for any other mattress on our floor and only charge the price difference — no restocking fee.
Every performance weave we sell is rated for 50,000+ double rubs and carries a 3-year fabric warranty against pilling and seam failure. Our protection plans add accidental stains and rips on top of that.
