Delivery & assembly

Getting it into the room

What does delivery cost?

$99 flat inside our metro zones — room of choice, full assembly, and packaging haul-away included. Free on orders over $1,999. Outside the metro it is quoted by distance before you pay.

How fast is it?

In-stock pieces deliver in 3–7 days. You pick the day, we give you a two-hour window the night before and live truck tracking the morning of.

Will it fit through my door?

Tell us the narrowest doorway and any stair turns and we will confirm before you buy. If we get there and a piece genuinely will not clear, we take it back and there is no re-delivery fee on the swap.

Do you take the old furniture?

Yes — $49 per piece, taken on the same trip, and we donate what is still usable to a local reuse partner.

Custom & lead times

Ordering something made for you

How long does custom upholstery take?

6–9 weeks from the day the order is placed. We give you a firm week at order time and call you if anything slips — which happens, and we would rather you hear it from us early.

How many fabrics can I choose from?

Around 120 across the Marlowe and Wren programs, from performance weaves to bouclé to top-grain leather. Swatches go home with you; live with them for a week before committing.

Can I change my mind after ordering custom?

Within 48 hours, yes, at no cost. After that the frame is cut and the fabric is committed, so custom orders become final.

Do you hold delivery until my remodel is done?

Up to 90 days at no charge. Tell us at order time and we will warehouse it and schedule when you are ready.

Quality & coverage

How long it lasts, and what happens if it does not

What is your furniture warranty?

Lifetime on hardwood frames and sinuous spring suspension, 3 years on cushions and performance fabric against pilling and seam failure, 1 year on mechanisms and electrical components in power recliners.

Should I buy the protection plan?

It covers accidents the warranty does not: stains, rips, burns, and pet damage for 5 years. On a white bouclé sofa in a house with kids, it usually pays for itself. On a solid-oak bookcase, probably not — and we will say so.

How does the 120-night mattress trial work?

Sleep on it for at least 30 nights, then if it is wrong, exchange it once for any mattress on our floor. You pay the price difference and nothing else — no restocking fee, no return shipping.

What is the return policy on everything else?

In-stock pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund less the delivery fee, provided they are in original condition. Custom upholstery, clearance, and floor models are final sale.
