Our own trucks and our own crews, not a third-party carrier deciding which day is convenient. You pick the delivery day; we call the night before with a two-hour window and send live truck tracking the morning of. The crew brings every piece to the room you want it, assembles it — beds, dining tables, bookcases, sectional connectors, recliner mechanisms — levels it, and takes every box and bag with them when they leave.

Common questions
What if it does not fit through the door?
Tell us the narrowest doorway and any stair turns before you buy and we will confirm it clears. If we get there and a piece genuinely will not make the turn, we take it back and waive the re-delivery fee on the swap.
Can you hold delivery until my remodel is finished?
Up to 90 days at no charge. Say so at order time and we will warehouse it, then schedule when you are ready.
Do you deliver outside the Twin Cities?
Yes — greater Minnesota and western Wisconsin are quoted by distance, and we run those routes weekly rather than daily, so plan on a slightly longer window.
