Do I have to buy anything?

No. Plenty of consultations end with 'wait for the fall sale' or 'that piece you already own is fine, replace the rug instead.'

What should I bring?

Two photos of the room from opposite corners, wall-to-wall measurements, ceiling height, and the width of the narrowest doorway between the truck and the room.
